8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program This class meets weekly. You will be introduced to different forms of meditation techniques and learn how to incorporate them into your daily lives. Examples are sitting meditation and gentle movements of yoga. There will also be time to share your own experiences. A daylong practice from 9.30AM - 4.00PM is included. NO previous experience or specific physical ability is required.
