Learn to be present for your own life with mindfulness and meditation. This program is for anyone interested in living in their lives more fully, and reducing stress and distractions. You can join us on 4 consecutive Tuesdays at 7.00pm: April 24, Tuesday May 1, Tuesday May 8, Tuesday May 15, 2018 During this 4-Week Program you will learn proven techniques to help you manage stress more effectively. There will be time to stretch and practice mindful walking and sitting meditation. The weekly group sessions will help you to establish and deepen a regular practice of mindfulness and meditation. You will be also introduced to breathing techniques, which help to strengthen your lungs and relax your body. Every week there will be time to share your experiences and ask any questions you may have.
