The Prosperity in Life”Diwali is a traditional Indian festival, which celebrates the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, and hope over despair. Celebrated every autumn, typical Diwali traditions include a gathering of family and friends to honor the light within, offering traditional sweets, exchanging gifts, and much more.
In this special celebration you will experience an enlightened Yoga Practice including: - Light Breathwork Moon - Salutations - Guided Meditation All culminating in a blissful savasana (deep relaxation pose) giving you an awakened sense of happiness, joy, and peace.
Bring your family and friends to unite with us by practicing yoga before your shared meals. ALL LEVELS are WELCOME!
