Join us for this 4-week program in February. This workshop provides the opportunity to relax and unwind as well as the space to reflect and reconnect with what matters most. We will explore a variety of meditation techniques and learn how to implement mindfulness in our lives. Practicing mindfulness and meditation will help you to to create a safe place for self-discovery, learning, and sharing, and to cope more skillfully with stress. What is the size of the class? You will have the benefit of learning in a small group of only about 10 students - this will allow us to be flexible as needed and to address individual questions in detail.
Is there parking? There are usually two parking spots behind the house and plenty on-street parking.
