Drop-In Classes meet weekly and are appropriate for both beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Chairs are provided, but please bring your own meditation bench, cushion, or mat if you wish to sit or lie on the floor.
To deepen your practice it is very helpful to find a group of fellow meditators. In addition, private coaching sessions, workshops and retreats can help you to get well settled in the formal practice and stick to it. The more you practice on a regular basis and with expert guidance, you will become more stress resilient and more compassionate to master your life.
